From raw material compounding to finished product testing, every production step is controlled for consistency.
Raw material compounding
We formulate our own PVC, TPU, nitrile, EPDM, and silicone compounds in-house. This allows us to tailor flexibility, temperature range, and chemical resistance to the specific application — rather than relying on generic off-the-shelf tubing.
Reinforcement & extrusion
High-tensile polyester yarn, steel wire helix, and synthetic fiber braid are integrated during extrusion to meet specific pressure and vacuum ratings. Multi-layer constructions are built on precision-controlled calender lines.
Pressure & burst testing
Every production batch is sampled for burst pressure, adhesion strength, and dimensional accuracy. Hydrostatic testing at 2x working pressure is standard; 100% batch traceability is maintained from compound batch to finished coil.
About SUNHOSE — FAQ
We are a manufacturer with our own production facility in Hefei, China. We do not outsource production or buy from third-party factories. This gives us full control over material quality, production lead times, and pricing.
MOQ varies by hose type and size. For standard PVC and rubber hoses, MOQ is typically 500-1000 meters per size. For specialty hoses (silicone, PTFE, high-pressure hydraulic), MOQ may be 200-500 meters. Sample lengths (1-5 meters) are available for qualified buyers.
Yes, we offer OEM printing on the hose cover — company name, logo, pressure rating, and production date can be embossed or ink-jet printed along the hose length at intervals of 1m. Custom colors and packaging are also available for volume orders.
